At St Michael’s we have an active Mothers’ Union branch with a varied and interesting programme. We meet once a month.
Any baptised person can join the MU and we welcome visitors of all ages, male and female to our meetings. The programme is published in the church magazine and further information can be obtained from the Branch Leader and Secretay, Joan Thompson 01436 423451 .
Our Theme this year is United in Prayer. By praying and campaigning we aim to enable communities throughout the world to show God's love with respectful and flourishing relationsips.
We have a prayer diary called Families Worldwide and a bimonthly magazine Families First. If you wish to acquire either of these publications please ask Joan Thompson.
Our vision is of a world where God’s love is shown through loving, respectful, and flourishing relationships.
Aim & Purpose
To demonstrate the Christian faith in action by the transformation of communities worldwide through the nurture of family in its many forms
